Nicki was amazing throughout our entire home-buying process. We had just PCS’d to a new area and honestly knew very little about the neighborhoods, local market, and even the overall process here. From the beginning, she was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful in guiding us through everything.She was always very responsive whenever we had questions or concerns, and we never felt pressured. As first-time buyers in the area, we especially appreciated how she took the time to explain details and genuinely cared about helping us make the right decision for our family.Even after closing, she continued to support us by connecting us with honest and trustworthy people for home-related issues. Recently, she recommended someone to inspect our roof after a storm, and he turned out to be very honest and helpful as well.We truly felt that Nicki cared about us beyond just the transaction. Nicki was fantastic from first contact to closing day (and after!). We are extremely grateful for her and how she took our complicated situation in stride. We closed in 19 days thanks to her, her team, and our lender, which simplified the chaos of moving long distance with kids and dogs. Nicki always answered our questions, big or small, and never made us feel silly for asking them. She was very understanding and encouraging, and helped us navigate a very stressful situation with full confidence that we will find the right fit. We certainly did, thanks to Nicki. My husband and I are BEYOND blessed to have been able to have Nicki as our realtor. We are first time home buyers with very little knowledge of the process. Nicki was beyond helpful every step of the way, very flexible, incredibly patient, extremely kind & compassionate.
