Laura worked with us over several years to find just the right place. Although it took a while she was always ready to help us. We finally found the home and location we were looking for. Laura assisted us in negotiating the right purchase price too. We spent a considerable amount of time working on renovations at our new home before we were ready to list our old home. Laura also shared her experience about a local heating and air conditioning expert to assist us with the renovation. When we put our old home on the market Laura provided a list of comparable properties within our neighborhood, provided guidance on pricing, had a professional photographer take pictures, videos, and drone footage to create one of the best listings we have ever seen. We sold our home in a very short period of time. We highly recommend Laura!
