Kyle was very helpful helping me find, and purchase my first home. We went through many houses together, and even though I was looking for a low cost home he still provided top-notch service. Then when it came to filling out paperwork and finalizing the loan he was there the whole way. I am very thankful for his help. Also, through Howard-Hannah he put me in contact with an insurance agent who was also very helpful. Both Kyle and the Insurance agent used the software "Dotloop" which made the process of signing documents incredibly easy. Kyle is a real go-getter. He may be young, but he is very knowledgeable and has a lot of experience and it shows!

Kyle stepped in to take care of us when a scheduling issue meant the original realtor we were going to work with couldn't meet up with us. From the moment we met him, he worked hard to meet our needs. He answered all questions promptly, and remained in constant contact to ensure our closing went off without a hitch. He even went back to our condo and took some measurements we needed (we live almost 2 hours away). He is a true go-getter, and he has a very bright future in real estate. We would highly recommend Kyle to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area.
