Katey and her team are incredible! As a first-time homebuyer, she made the entire process simple and seamless so that I always knew what needed to be done next and never felt stressed or overwhelmed. Katey was a delight to tour homes with, always responded quickly and thoroughly whenever I had questions, and did a phenomenal job negotiating the purchase of my home to gain some great savings from the sellers. I can't recommend her enough!

Our family was so pleased that we chose Katey Bean and her team to help us purchase our new home in the Twin Cities. Being newer to the region we had several areas in mind and Katey used her expertise to help us narrow in on several high yield neighborhoods. She started out with a wide variety of properties and helped us to narrow down our focus as we learned our own preferences along the way. We never felt rushed during those initial stages and always felt comfortable taking our time and asking plenty of questions. We ended up purchasing a wonderful home that we probably would have never visited without her input. While awaiting our final sale, Katey was gracious enough to meet us at the new house multiple times to help coordinate projects like measuring for window shade installation that would be finished after our closing. Working with Katey and her whole team was such a pleasant experience and we always felt that she had our best interest at heart. She was responsive, thoughtful and a wonderful communicator. Everyone else on her team shared Katey’s qualities and she helped connect us to a vast network of companies who helped us with everything from inspection to moving. Our level of trust in Katey translated to her entire network and we were grateful to have personal referrals to help seamlessly facilitate all aspects of our move. This was not our first home purchase but it was by far our best experience. We cannot recommend Katey and her team highly enough.

We enjoyed working with Katey Bean and her team when we bought our first home in Bloomington. Recently we sold a condo in Hopkins with the Katey Bean team. It was as good an experience as the first. She’s easy to work with, very accommodating and professional. Our place sold quickly, very professional pictures highlighting the advantages of living in Hopkins. The negotiations were well done, and we got over asking price. The close was quick and handled expertly. Highly recommended.
