Kandice Rickson made our house buying experience easy and hassle free. She was always available when we had questions and went above and beyond to find the perfect home for us. She never hesitated to contact the selling agent with questions or negotiations when we asked. She truly worked on our behalf. Kandice is the best real estate agent we have ever worked with and we recommend her to everyone we know buying a new home.

Kandice Rickson Sold a house in paradise for us in 2013. We have used her in the past to sell a rental that we owned in 2006. she always returns your calls or text fast. She works very hard to get the house sold and make the paper work a snap. :)

We used kandice to buy our house in Magalia. Kandice was highly recommended to us by my sister who used kandice to buy and sell her house. Kandice is extremely knowledgeable. She returned every phone call and always was available to show us houses whenever we asked. I would recommend kandice to anybody looking for a real estate agent.

What a great realtor! We knew nothing about this area. Kandice provided information, assistance, encouragement and did a lot of hand holding as we negotiated the purchase of our dream home. She's continued to provide advice and support ever since, and we consider her a friend as well as a knowledgeable professional. I would never use or recommend anyone else. Easily the most pleasant, easy going, professional realtor we've ever dealt with. Truly a pleasure to work with. I'd give her ten stars if the system would allow it!

We researched real estate agents before we began our house search, and we landed on Kandice Rickson. She's a pure gem! My husband and I were impressed by her knowledge, attitude, and going way beyond the extra mile to help us out. We were buying from a distance, and Kandice would go to houses for us, send pictures, and set everything up for when we could get there. Once we began the process of buying a house, Kandice continued to help us out in ways that were invaluable. During the loan process, she again went the extra mile to see that things went smoothly. We can't recommend her highly enough.

We lived outside of the area. Besides helping us locate and purchase our home, Kandice went out of her way to represent us in our absence and smooth our transition. I lost track of the number of times she went above and beyond. Honest, smart - you can't ask for a better partner than Kandice. By the time we had our home, Kandice seemed more of a friend than a business partner.

Kandice is amazingly frienly, knowledgeable, and confident. She guided me through what would turn out to be several decision changes. And showed me to the exact spot where I would not only purchase a home, but build the life I was looking for. 3 yrs. Later, and I'm ready for my next step. And I will NEVER trust anyone but Kandice with my dreams. She listens to what you want, and helps you find it. While being open and honest the whole way. She truly made buying a home much less complicated. And an easy transition for all. Nothing but Kudos and praise for her. She's the best.

Kandice sold me an investment property in 2013 and since then I have been using her services exclusively. She has represented me both purchasing and selling multiple properties. Her knowledge of the local area is quite impressive as is her negotiating skills. Kandice also has great intuition which can't be 'learned' She will zealously represent you. I am lucky to have found her.
