We had an amazing experience working with our agent throughout the entire home-building process. She truly went above and beyond for us, especially during some challenging situations that came up along the way. She consistently advocated on our behalf and fought to make sure we received what we deserved, which gave us so much peace of mind.Her responsiveness was outstanding—she was always quick to answer our questions and kept us informed every step of the way. I can not rave about Kala as our realtor enough. If you want an amazing realtor who will fight tooth and nail to get you your dream home, she is the one who will be in your corner from beginning to way passed the end. We sold our start up home and purchased our dream home with Kala and let’s just say it was only rocky because the initial buyers of our old home backed out the week we were supposed to close on it AFTER demanding a number of changes to the house which we (Kala and her husband too) did to their satisfaction. Kala seriously went above and beyond for us and we felt like she was our advocate for everything. Buying a house is always stressful but she took a lot of the burden off our shoulders and we will always be grateful for her expertise, professionalism, and understanding. Not to include our late night texts due to my anxiety but she always managed to talk me off the cliff and ease my mind. I’m glad this is my dream home so I don’t have to go through that process again. But if I did, Kala is my realtor and I’d only want her to guide me through the nerve wrecking journey again lol
