Kaitlyn helped my husband and I sell and purchase a home in 2022. She was there every step of the way through both of those transactions. Kaitlynn made buying a house a very easy process for us as first time homebuyers. We were “home buying dumb” and she walked us through every step. Provided us with numbers to get us started. Our inspector and termite inspector had nothing but nice things to say about her. She was completely on our side and supported all of our choices. She showed any house I sent to her but didn’t make us feel like we had to make any decisions right then and there. She is truly a great realtor and couldn’t imagine doing to process with anyone else!
