Our home buying experience was extremely stressful our closing date got moved 4 days before Christmas ... circumstantial situation ... but none of that was dans fault ... dan came out on a Sunday morning on his birthday to show us 4 different property’s ... the first home we looked at is the home we bought ... dan is prompt .. he answered most all of our questions promptly I am not sure what goes on on the realator side of things but there were many moments for us when things did not go according to plan and dan was calm professional and gave us his best to resolve any situation that arose during the process ... our situation was tough many hoops that needed jumped through but as a man buying a home for his family Dan Harshbarger is a 5 star realator he will go that extra mile for u all ya gotta do is ask ... very calm when I wasn’t ... the calm in the storm if u will so all being said when I sell or buy a home Dan Harshbarger will hands down be my go to guy highly recommend him if ure on the hunt for a home ... thank u again dan it was a long road but sooooo worth it ??????
