Josh is an amazing person to work with. He help calm me down when I got worries. This was a first experience for us, selling our home. Josh was always patient and would walk us through every part, as many times as we needed. He offered valuable recommendations to make this a smooth process. Josh was knowledgeable about Whatcom County market.This is our 3rd property that Josh sold for us. He responds to communication quickly. He is trustworthy and and compassionate. My husband had serious medical issues happen right when we listed this last property. Josh and Kelly were very helpful and supportive throughout the process. We highly recommend Josh and team!
