Johnathan was professional and very prompt,always getting right back to me immediately. He is very knowledgeable regarding properties in my area. As my place was a vacation rental,he kept abreast of all the new laws and ordinances. Which was very valuable in selling my property. Worked around all the scheduled dates that were already booked. Another Realtor that showed my house was overheard (by a workman,employed by me) comparing my property to one above trying to down sell my place. Johnathan promptly created a binder/book that was left on the counter for all potential buyers to see all comps in the area. The photos of my place were also awesome. Clearly professional. Once my place sold I needed help with furniture removal. As I am older.He researched and found a company that would move all contents and resell them for a fee. I encourage anyone who is buying/selling property to engage with him and his team.

Jonathan was referred to us by a friend and is fantastic. We live in San Diego and bought a home in Santa Rosa. Jonathan and his team made it painless as they screened dozens of homes and ran through endless comparison analytics and discussions. His team toured and videoed our top selections so we could narrow our decision remotely. A tough negotiator, Jonathan got us the price we wanted and made sure the inspections, walk-throughs and repairs were all done for a 21-day close. Highly Recommended.

Jonathan helped me to find and purchase my first home, and I could not have asked for a better realtor. Going through this process as a solo first time home-buyer, I had a ton of questions for him, all of which he answered thoroughly and patiently, always making me feel like he had all the time in the world to chat. He explained exactly what to expect through the process of both searching for a home, and eventually closing on one. When it came time for me to find a mortgage lender, he provided some great local recommendations, and talked me through how that process would work as well. The home I purchased had multiple other offers, and without Jonathan's negotiating expertise, I'm not sure I would be so lucky to live in the house I now call a home. I would highly recommend Jonathan for all of your real estate needs. He's friendly, patient, eager to help, and extremely knowledgable. Exceptional realtor. I have worked with many realtors before but Jonathan is simply exceptional. He dug out several pocket listings which allowed us to purchase a property at a fair price in the area with a very limited inventory. As a buyer out of town he provided service that goes above and beyond any standards. Not only he made sure that our closing goes smooth without us being present but he also arranged carpet installation so everything is ready for when we are ready to move in. Strongly recommend!

Jonathan was terrific, start to finish. He helped is price competitively, had super connections for pictures, handyman, etc. that we needed, and explained the sales process as we went through. If it were not for Jonathan I'm not sure my in-laws house would ever have been sold! Jonathan Bruington was able to recommend contractors to my husband to get the house ready in record time allowing us to even sell for more than we anticipated. Jonathan may be young in age yet so mature in his knowledge and expertise. People older and with more work experience would not have done a better job! He was easy to work with and always kept us up to date with everything we needed to know.Jonathan was extremely thorough and always with his heart in the right place. Selling a home that belonged to your parents can sometimes be difficult. Jonathan's patient and kind approach should be noted! I would certainly recommend him to anyone.
