Joe helped me find and purchase my first home. He was quick to respond to all of my questions, was helpful with referrals of inspectors, repair men and everything in between. He was realistic with me and led me to looking at homes I would've normally looked past. He was patient and kind throughout the whole process, which wasn't always easy. 10/10 would recommend and would use again any day!

Joe has helped our family twice now ... and we've been more than pleased each time. I would highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling in this area. He's responsive, knowledgeable, and he listens to his clients carefully. Our recent home selling experience was amazing. Joe met with us right before the holiday season. We were nervous to list right before the holidays, however Joe encouraged us that homes do, in fact, sell through the Christmas season. His market evaluation was right in line with what we were hoping for and we listed the home. Surprise! We had an offer between Christmas and New Years. The home closed Feb 1st. Joe answered every text, responded to each phone call, and always made us feel that we could trust him. We plan to refer him to everyone we know. Thanks Joe!

We couldn't have found a better realtor than Joe. He went above and behind what was asked of him. Not only did he find us the perfect house quickly, but even came to the hospital where my husband had surgery so he could sign the paperwork. Joe is a great realtor, i will always use him when i need a good honest realtor.
