The Sarmiento Dream was able to sell my house amidst the most unbelievable conditions (COVID-19 with stay at home orders and a 500 year flood)! They were great in communicating, very responsive to my questions and had a network to connect with many buyers. Well Done!

If I could give Linda more than 5 stars I would. Being young the thought of buying a house terrified me but Linda helped me get in touch with the right people to make everything possible. I love and appreciate how real and upfront Linda was throughout our entire process, I never felt pressured when we looked at a property together and she easily would tell me the good and the bad of each place. I truly felt like she was shopping for her own family working with me.

Our family moved from MD to the great state of MI and when we. arrived in MI to do a home search, the realtor that we were working with in MI became gravely ill. Ashley Baynham and The Sarmiento Team jumped in to assist us in our search. Ashley was great, she took our needs and wants, and we decided and agreed on the approach to find our home. Ashley was so easy to work with, we found our home that we love, and she was instrumental in securing the funding and completing the sale through closing ahead of a very stressful and compacted schedule. My partner and I worked with Linda on our most recent purchase, where she worked as our agent and the sellers' agent dually. She was very professional and offered her expertise to both sides, equitably and fairly. We are new to the area and had many questions. She and Chris were so very helpful not only with the purchase of the home, but also in helping us get acclimated to the area and sharing local contacts to help us get acclimated!
