I really waited a long time to hear back from this team before I wrote this, but they did not do the work to avoid this review, I’m afraid. I am a Peoria native and I got referred to Jill when I was moving a good friend to my hometown. I am a licensed broker in another state. Jill met with myself and my friend online to discuss his needs. She showed him 3 homes via video showing before he made an offer. He was a very easy client to deal with, but the important thing about him was that he was buying a house sight unseen and the team would be responsible for making sure the property was as he expected and needed it to be prior to arriving. The team completely missed that the refrigerator wasn’t working and by the time my friend got there, his first act was to shop for a fridge that should have been inspected by the team. They also never paid me my referral fee. Granted I wasn’t owed that much, but I inquired a couple of times. They made excuses and then just never followed up. I am aghast. In real estate, we are trusted advisors, and we hope, future friends to our clients. We weren’t treated well, or with respect, and that is the saddest thing about this.
