Having used Ryan to sell a house for me personally, it was an easy call when my company was looking to buy some additional property for our agency. I contacted Ryan immediately with what we were specifically looking for and in what part of Woodford County. Within minutes I was receiving emails with possible locations for us. When the first ones didn't work out (no fault of Ryan's), he quickly sent us some more locations. He was able to set up a meeting with the developer for us and had was able to close 30 days later. When we are looking to sell our other location, Ryan will be the first call we make again!

It was not easy to buy a new house out of state, while still needing to sell our current home in Illinois. Owning two homes was a little overwhelming, to say the least. Yet, Ryan made the process much easier than I could have hoped. He took care of everything I could imagine, and many things I couldn't! His marketing plan was excellent, his followup was great, and his team was easy to work with. He made a very difficult time much easier for us. I will always be grateful to Ryan for helping us through this challenge with professionalism. It is rare to find someone who combines inherent goodness with superior ability. Ryan is that person.
I highly recommend Ryan! We had a home that was beautiful and only 10 years old, but was a hard sell because it lacked a back yard! Apparently most people really want a back yard! Everyone loved the home but wanted a back yard! Ryan stuck by our side, and he never tried to talk us into selling our home for less than it's value! I highly recommend his team! I had a previous realtor in the past that kept pushing us to keep lowering our price to get someone to buy it for an insane low price! Ryan never tried to get us to sell our home for a loss. The price of the home was never a problem. The lack of back yard meant just waiting for the right person and Ryan was patient with us and encouraged us as we waited, even when we wanted to quit!
