Outstanding!!!! The Troy Kern Team is 5 Star all the way!!!! And the SUPERSTAR is the amazing Jamie Herring. So many great things I can say about her. She listed my home and in LESS than 48 hours, papers were being signed, inspections being scheduled because she is the REAL DEAL! Home has sold and I’m completely satisfied. She is a Jewel to work with, takes special care of her clients and pays attention to every detail. First time selling a house and hopefully the last. If not I'd use them again without a doubt. They made everything easy. Got me a really good offer within 2 days of listing. I ended up turning it down and it cost me in the long run. Definitely trust their advice and don't think you're smarter than the people who do this professionally lol.

Savannah made this experience completely stress free. She was so understanding of my busy schedule and made the time to show me all properties that fit my preferences. I could not recommend another realtor in the area more than Savannah and Troy's team. Savannah was available 24/7 whenever I had questions about properties or ideas on changing existing layouts we had looked at. It was like texting your best friend she was just as excited/invested as I was. Not only did she show me the houses, but recommended a great insurance agency, lender, and contractor for any home remodels. A true one stop shop experience! It took a lot of the pressure out of the home buying process. Finding a realtor you trust is such a huge part of the experience and I can confidently say I will only work with Troy's team going forward.
