Jessie was pleasant and professional to work with in the sale of our home. She was willing to involve herself in preparing our home if any painting or other repairs were necessary. Also her pictures of the home were superb. My wife and I would certainly recommend her to others. Our experience was very good.

Jessie was great, she was very attentive to our needs and wants and helped us get the house we wanted quickly and for less than asking price. The houses we looked at covered a large area and Jessie had no problem driving the distance to tour the homes remotely for us.

I cannot express the appreciation I have for Jessie. I was in Arizona due to family medical and she went above and beyond a realtors responsibilities to the extent that she assisted in finding me painters and others to assist with meeting the sellers requirements. I’ve sold six other houses in the past and I can honestly say that Jessie and her team was the best sellers agent I’ve ever had the pleasure of working withAnother broker did not return my phone calls so I went to the search engines to find another agent and I’m very grateful that I was able to find Jessie sample’s team. She earned every dollar and if I ever buy in VA she will be my only choice for realtors.There are not enough words to thank her for her integrity and agent ethics that are getting harder to find these days. As a final note, she even made sure I got full price for my house by knowing her market and setting realistic expectations on what my home would sell for-thank you Jessie.

Jessie is absolutely awesome! She really listened to all of my wants and needs in a home and was always sending me listings to look at, with notes on the things she knows I care most about. She is super responsive and is happy to communicate in the way that works best for the client (in my case, texting!). I am a first-time homebuyer and she was so helpful in walking me through the process and answering my questions. Most of all, she is just such a kind person. She got me a welcome mat that totally fits my style as a housewarming gift, and a Sonic giftcard since she knows how excited I am to be living near a Sonic! That was so unexpected and thoughtful. Super highly recommend Jessie to anyone looking for a great homebuying experience!

From the first conversation to the last, Jessie was full of knowledge about the process of selling a house with a tenant lease in place. She was patient with me, and made me feel comfortable. Communication with her was like talking to a friend I have known for years. Once i gave the ok to list, we went live, and the house sold in one day. This process was easy and seamless. Did i mention i live out of state? I would use her again if the opportunity presents itself, but in the meantime if you need a realtor, she’s a great one to have! Thanks Jessie for all ur hard work! :)

Jessie was great she did everything she could do to help me and girlfriend to find my home. Me and my girlfriend was living in a different state and she helped us find everything we wanted with the limited resources me and my girlfriend have. If I buy again she would be my realtor.??
