Jessica was amazing from start to finish of selling our home! She updated us on every step of the process and was consistent and efficient in all communication. She helped to make the process of selling our home as stress free as possible. There are not enough positive adjectives to describe the experience we had selling our unique family home. From my first email to Jessica and her prompt call to me and the last call on the day of closing, our interaction was beyond expectations. Jessica was always available either by email or phone calls to answer our questions, address our concerns and assist us when small crisis arose in the process. Since we do not live in the area, we placed all our faith and trust in her ability to work on our behalf and she proved that we had made the right choice.I would highly recommend Jessica to anyone who is in the market to buy or sell a home. You will find her to be very knowledgeable, personable and very capable to having your best interest at heart. Not only was she our Real Estate Agent but she has also become a good friend. I hope that some day we can meet so I can thank her in person for a job well done.

Jessica deserves 10 STARS for her professionalism and dedication to her clients! We listed our property on Friday and had a firm offer within three days. Although we didn't expect a quick turnaround, nor was a sale guaranteed, it was a pleasant surprise. Anyone would be very happy with a RE agent that was able to close a sale so quickly, but Jessica went well beyond what we would reasonably expect. She is truly an advocate for any buyer / seller. We chose Jessica to represent our property because she is a Premier Agent, Top Local Real Estate Agent in 2015, she is a certified instructor, master negotiator, and is passionate about the service she provides each and every one of her clients! Jessica has been an amazing realtor and person to work with. She represented us on both the sale of our old house and purchase of our new one. Throughout the entire process, she was knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely organized prepared and helpful. I knew she could answer any question I had and she always kept us in the loop on what was happening behind the scenes. Her calm, confident manner made the entire process go smoothly and as low stress as possible. We sold our house in record time and at a great price and the purchase of our new house was very easy with her help. I would highly recommend her to anyone in the greater Binghamton area. She truly knows the market and is great to work with!
