We have known Jennifer since grade school, but it wasn't until 2002 that we were able to use her real estate expertise to our advantage. She also helped facilitate the sale of our home in 2020. Jennifer is a true problem solver. We were trying to sell my mother’s home from out of state. All of my mother’s untrained dogs and cats left an odor that would drive buyers away. We were told we could sell it “as is”, but for much less than if we renovated the home first. But, being out of state, we did not know anything about local contractors. This is where Jennifer came to our rescue. Jennifer found a contractor to do all of the renovations needed to give the home both curb appeal and inside appeal. Carpets were replaced with wood flooring. Repairs were made to things that needed fixing. The home was painted both inside and out. The renovations made our home sell for way over list price in just a matter of days. In fact, the home sold for $7K OVER appraisal! That is the good news. The bad news is that the first contractor took our money and ran away! But, Jennifer came to the rescue! Jennifer found a new contractor and ate all of the extra costs out of her own pocket! Jennifer is a person of her word. She is fair. You could not ask for a better agent to help you in both good times and bad. We would highly recommend her. Most agents would have told us it was our problem when the first contractor ran away with our money. But, Jennifer saw it as her problem and saved us. Jennifer’s services were especially valuable to an out of state seller. Thank you, Jennifer!

Ms Washburn Helped my husband and I look for new home for our relocation from up Virgina. We selected Ms. Washburn based on her many positive reviews. She was highly knowledgable with the Greensboro area and was mindfull in walking us through the buying process, she was thorough and patient which we really appreciated.However, we did decide to go with another realator as Ms. Washburn seem like a very in demand and busy agent. Not all of the blame here is on Ms. Washburn, we had a time constraint and really needed the response time to be quicker. One thing i noticed was that when she was with us she constantly on her phone and awt times seemed rushed. Perhaps it just that day or the way of the business but she was never rude and was always attentive to our questions. But for our needs, we really needed an agent that would respond a lot quicker.Overall our brief experence with Ms Washburn was good, it was just that she is a very busy agent and due to our very limited time, we decided to go with an agent that had a bit less on their plate as well as responding fairly quickly.Unfortuneatly, we did not have the time to witness her negotiation skills and left this section empty.Overall Ms. Washburn is great, perhaps we got her on the wrong day.

Jennifer was amazing to work with. She is super knowledgeable and tenacious when it comes to getting you what you want even when you aren't sure what that is...she spent countless hours with me showing houses and listening to what we wanted in a new home, she hooked us up with a mortgage broker and between the 2 of the, the purchase process was effortless and seamless for us. If we ever decide to sell our new home, Jennifer will be the only person we will call! Thank you Jennifer!

I would highly recommend any one looking for an outstanding realtor to look no further than Jennifer Washburn. Jennifer worked with me for about 15 months to make sure I found the perfect home that suited my needs. She was very patient as we saw over 20 plus homes together. She understood that I did not want to settle for anything less than what I wanted and never tried to rush or pressure me into jumping into a home that I didn't truly want. I was new to the whole buying a home process but now that I have my home and speaking to my friends who now have a home and the process they went through, I see Jennifer went out of her way to make sure I got the best deal possible. Once again I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. When I am in the process of maybe selling and looking for another home she will be the first and only person I contact.

I found Ms. Washburn to courteous, prompt, knowledgeable about the market, she has a pleasant and friendly tone over the phone. Ms. Washburn deals with customer complaints in a calm and rational manner. I greatly appreciated that she goes above and beyond to keep her clients happy. Ms. Washburn has also treated the folks that i have referred to her with the same outstanding customer service. I will be using Ms. Washburn services in the near future to purchase my next home.
