Full price within first week on market. We interviewed several real estate agents before deciding to work with Jason Francia and his team to sell our home in Orcutt, California. We returned to California in the summer of 2024 and were staying with family during our transition. Due to some unforeseen circumstances we had to delay our active search. Jason and the Francia Team maintained regular contact and kept us abreast of homes coming on the market. It took four months for things to fall into place and allow us to begin to actively search. Listings were scarce; however, Jason and the Francia Team continued to communicate with us and guide our search without pressure.We had specific needs, little flexibility, and a tight budget. Jason really paid attention to these details and took the time to understand what we were looking for. He only forwarded us listings that coincided with these needs and our financial limits.
