Jason Francia and I originally connected over a phone call when I was looking to buy a home in Lompoc. From the beginning, we knew we needed to find the right house because we had some specific things we wanted to do with the property and needed the right space.Jason was extremely patient with us. He showed us a lot of homes and never made us feel rushed. Each showing helped us figure out what worked, what didn't, and ultimately eliminate the wrong homes until we found the right one.When we finally found the house we wanted, things got a little tricky because we actually had to write the offer before we could see it in person. We decided to move forward knowing there would probably be some negotiating once we got further into the process.That's where Jason really went to work for us. He negotiated a substantial reduction in the purchase price, got us a lot of seller credits, and negotiated for the sellers to complete the necessary pest work and repairs. There were definitely some bumps along the way, but Jason and his team handled everything and kept us informed throughout the entire process.We're so excited to officially be first-time homeowners! Jason and the Francia Team were always available when we had questions and walked us through everything from beginning to end. Living overseas in Germany, it was important for me to find someone I could trust to handle the sale of my home in Santa Maria while I was out of the country.The funny thing is, Jason Francia was actually the listing agent when I originally bought the home years ago. I remembered seeing how he worked during that transaction, and over the years I had also heard great things about Jason and the Francia Team from several friends.When it came time to sell, I reached out to Jason to hear his thoughts and his plan. An Excellent Experience! I found Jason Francia and The Francia Team after doing research online and reading their reviews. I am the executor of an estate in probate, and it included a property in Santa Maria, CA. We recently worked with Jason Francia and his team to sell our home in Santa Maria, California, and we still cannot believe how quickly everything happened.
