Jose went above and beyond for my fiancée and I. Since day one he was ready to listen and help us find our first home. He was very responsive and guided us through our entire process. He was also ready to negotiate on our behalf to help us get a good deal. There was one minor thing that wasn’t fixed during our final walk-through and he immediately got on top of making sure it was fixed for us. Working with Jose Montes has been a great experience. He has helped my husband and me purchase two properties, and we’re incredibly grateful for his guidance. A few years ago, Jose helped us buy our first property, a duplex. That purchase was deeply meaningful for me because, as a child, my family was evicted from an apartment just a few doors down due to financial struggles. Years later, I became a first-time homeowner of a multi-family property in the same neighborhood we once had to leave.More recently, Jose helped us again with the purchase of another property.
