We just purchased our house on July 31 of 2023. Melissa Emily of the Jamie Wallace team was our realtor. She was prompt, highly professional, and highly competent. Whenever we needed something, she got back with us right away, sometimes within minutes.We worked with Jaime Wallace as well during the final stages of buying our house. She also is highly prompt, extremely professional, and highly competent.The process of looking for a house, buying the house, and follow up with us after we purchased the house was a whole lot easier on us due to their efforts. Working with Jaime was easy right from the beginning! She’s responsive, really listened to what we wanted, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. She even helped us virtually/remotely ahead of time and after through closing as we were purchasing a home from out-of-state. Jamie was very patient with us in finding our perfect home. We were very picky but she never gave up on finding one for us. She was very knowledgeable and went the extra mile each and every time. We are a military family so everything was done remotely. She made sure we knew every step of the process. Jamie got everything that needed fixed on the house prior to our move in, her home inspection team is amazing. Also was able to lower our purchase price! If you’re looking for a relator 19/10 definitely recommend using Jamie she will set you and your family up for success! ????

More the 5 stars ??! Communication, relatable, reliable, honest, trustworthy, and empathy. Especially for military PCSing and first time home buyers!We could call, text, email, and FaceTime. Even with us being out of state we were able to paint a great picture of our home. She definitely understands daily struggles and works with you to find the home you are looking for. Her networking for home inspectors and lenders will get you the best quality work and rates! Most important she will tell you how it is! I’m very surprised about when I text Jamie about any issue or confusion because I would have a phone call right away from the other person involved. It’s like magic lol. Lastly, she has been working with us for months and never gave up on us! Highly recommend for everyone.

Jaime is great to work with! She listened to what I wanted in a home and helped me to find the house that met all of my preferences in a great neighborhood! Jaime answered all my questions through phone calls, emails, and texts and she always got back to me quickly (within a few hours at most). She was knowledgable at negotiating and I was able to secure the house within a day with far more buyer credits than I expected I would get. Jaime has clearly developed great relationships with professionals in the area (HVAC, home inspectors, etc.) as they all expressed how much they liked her when I told them who my realtor was. She went above and beyond to make sure the improvements we negotiated on the home were met by scheduling the inspector to come back on her own dime a few days before closing. I would recommend her to anyone in the Clarksville area!
