Ikram is awesome at what she does. Having worked with a few realtors already, we were very pleased when we found her. She always has the best interests of her clients in mind and provides helpful and unbiased recommendations. Ikram did a wonderful job! She is very knowledgable.polite and humble. Has a solution for every issue along the pathway! I loved what I got. Ikram did an Excellent Job . We are happy with our purchase . She never complained and was never pushy , we used a lot of her time . She was very informative on the entire process and walked us through the process at our pace . She was always on time ,always very professional and has some serious multitasking skills .All in all she is an excellent guide to all your housing needs . She is good with people skills and knows her job very well, She was able to Judge out needs and requirements, and was able to add in invaluable advises . Ikrame did a great job in helping us to get our new home, she was very patient and friendly while we were searching for our dream home, she also used her expertise to negotiate with the builders to add on some appliances that was not included in the plan of the home. Will recommend her 100%.

My name is Jarrad and Ikrame was great. We told her our plan/goals and she did everything possible to make the process easy. She made it feel like we could get any house that came on the market. If we told her we were looking for a particular 3/4 bedroom house ,she sent those that were in our price range and house type/build. If you want the best possible person for the job it will be her. Ikrame Nali is a wonderful and thoughtful person when it comes to finding someone a home. I loved her professional attitude and her concerns of what we were looking for in a home. Ikrame was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when I was purchasing my first home. As a first time buyer, the process was overwhelming and confusing but Ikrame clearly explained and walked me through every step. She knew exactly what type of property I was looking for and understood my lifestyle and needs. Her advice was spot on and remained positive, even when I felt discouraged when losing houses to other buyers. She has the ability to connect with clients and makes the process easy.
