Grant did a great job finding a house that met our needs. He did an initial consult with us to find out our wish list and budget. It didn't take him long to figure out what we were looking for. He is very knowledgable with the local neighborhoods and knew about a listing before it was even posted. Grant is very professional and is highly recommended.

Grant is amazing! He is professional, knowledgeable, and caring. He goes above and beyond to help you find the home you need. I'm moving back to Bend, and Grant even helped me find an agent in another state. He understands the market, takes time to find out what you want, and helps to narrow everything down so that you find the best place. He even points out things that might have gone unnoticed with someone else. His team was extremely helpful too. When he couldn't help me in person because our travel plans conflicted, he made sure that someone from his office filled in and did what I required. Any time I buy or sell in Central Oregon, Grant will be the person I want to work with.

We bought our first home with Matt and Grant as our realtors and couldn't recommend them enough! They made what could normally be a very complicated process super easy for us. They were extremely quick to respond to all our questions and show us potential homes. They were honest and trustworthy and gave us really great advice to get us through every situation. It is an incredibly difficult and competitive market and we would not have ended up with our dream home if it wasn't for their guidance, knowledge, and support. We will recommend them to all our family and friends in Bend!

I worked with Grant Ludwick on two occasions. The first was when I was looking to relocate to Bend from out of state. This can be tricky, and called for patience, creativity and a lot of communication on Grant’s part. He found the perfect home for us. The second was a few years later. I was looking to downsize, and Grant found a beautiful home for me – and wonderful buyers for my last house. WIN-WIN!!!What impresses me most about Grant is that, in addition to his professional expertise, I never felt that he just wanted to sell a house. He wanted to find a home that would be perfect for me, my tastes and lifestyle. Grant truly cares! (I would give him 10 stars, if they'd let me!)
