We just moved out of state and Gerard was our selling agent. Our sale couldn't have been any smoother! We wish he had been our buying agent as well! If you're looking for someone who really, really knows what he's doing and who will treat you as if you're a friend and his only client, than Gerard is your man!!

Very personable, always returned phone calls / emails in a reasonable time frame if not immediately, a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend him, wish I would have been able to use him on purchasing my home in SC, but he did walk me through some of the process before I hired a realtor down there.

Gerard loves his job, and it shows in how he conducts himself, not only during the good times, but when things go wrong, or happen without warning. He shows his professionalism and responds to problems, instead of reacting to them. That’s the difference between someone who is experienced, compared to someone who is not.

We had a complicated sale and Gerard did not hesitate to take it on. He assisted us from afar as we were out of state two hour difference in time. He always responded quickly when we had questions. He’s a very calming influence as you go through the stressful sale of a house.

Gerard really took the time to help me 100% throughout the process as well as was very knowledgeable of the current market trends. Got my multi family property sold in days for full asking price. After the deal was set he kept me updated and involved in the entire process right up to checking to make sure the closing went smooth. I would 100% recommend him to anyone I know.
