Gary reached out to us immediately upon our request to view a home. He gave us advice on what to offer in order to be competitive, and our offer was accepted. Gary appears to have lots of local connections and was able to give us quick recommendations, from lenders to inspectors to cleaners. His team, including Sarah, were prompt and kept me in the loop the entire time. Gary comes off extraordinarily busy, but still always able to fit you in. I went from seeing the home on Zillow to closing in just 19 days. I’d recommend Gary to anyone searching in the greater Lansing area without a doubt.
