I Can't Recommend Gary Newton Highly Enough!I honestly can't say enough good things about Gary Newton!When the place my family and I were living in unexpectedly went up for sale, we suddenly found ourselves looking to purchase our first home. This wasn't something we'd planned for, and honestly, I had no idea where to even begin.Thankfully, a friend recommended Gary, and I couldn't be happier that he did!From day one, Gary went above and beyond. He walked me through the entire process step by step, explaining all the legal jargon, paperwork, and procedures in a way I could actually understand. But what I appreciated most was that he didn't just explain what needed to be done. He actually took the time to teach me WHY things were done, giving me knowledge I'll be able to use in future real estate decisions.He also connected me with a lender he'd worked with for years, who was every bit as helpful and patient in explaining the financing side of things.Gary took my calls day or night, answered countless questions, and never once made me feel like I was bothering him.We ran into some complications along the way, completely outside of Gary's control. There came a point when I'd honestly lost all hope of getting the house. But Gary never gave up on us. He kept me informed, reassured me, and helped us see it through to closing.Even AFTER the sale was complete and his job was technically done, Gary still took the time to do another walkthrough of the house with me before we moved in, just to make sure everything was in order.He didn't have to do that, but he did. And that says a lot about the kind of person he is.I never felt like just another commission check. Gary genuinely cared about helping my family get into our first home.I'll absolutely be recommending him to anyone looking to buy or sell, and when I need a real estate agent again, Gary will be my first call.Five stars honestly aren't enough. Gary, thank you for everything!

Gary did an excellent job helping us navigate a complicated buy! He is very knowledgeable about every aspect of the process and has great local connections. He was able to connect us with a great mortgage lender who was able to give us unconventional options that met our needs. We would highly recommend Gary for anyone looking to buy in the Lansing area.

Gary did a fantastic job helping me find a home. I was in need of a home quickly in DeWitt, that was in my budget and move-in ready with little work needed. Within a week of contacting Gary, we had an accepted offer on a home. He has a vast knowledge on the area and the homes available, I would recommend Gary to anyone that needs to buy a home.

As a first time home buyer I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor than Gary! He made sure I knew what was going on as soon as possible. Rolled up his sleeves and put in some work when needed and made the whole process a lot easier than it would have been without him. I didn’t just buy a house, I made some great friends a long the way and feel like I can ask Gary if I needed anything even if it were to be 10 years down the road!

Gary reached out to us immediately upon our request to view a home. He gave us advice on what to offer in order to be competitive, and our offer was accepted. Gary appears to have lots of local connections and was able to give us quick recommendations, from lenders to inspectors to cleaners. His team, including Sarah, were prompt and kept me in the loop the entire time. Gary comes off extraordinarily busy, but still always able to fit you in. I went from seeing the home on Zillow to closing in just 19 days. I’d recommend Gary to anyone searching in the greater Lansing area without a doubt.
