We have both bought and sold a home with Deb and Elie over the last two years. Each experience was outstanding. Both buying and selling were stressful events and Deb and Elie held our hand and walked us through every step. They were patient, non-pressuring and knowledgeable. The time they really shined was during the negotiating process when important decisions had to be made quickly. After we sold our home of 20 years we searched for a new home for 2 years. Elie walked through over 20 homes with us, each time being objective, patient and understanding. When we considered buying property and building a home he literally walked through forests and thick brush to find property stakes and boundary markers. He has been doing real estate for over 30 years and his relationships with other agents and builders was invaluable. Lastly, both Deb and Elie are people of integrity. There were many times during the process where they could have been dishonest or taken advantage of us. They did not.
