Anne and her team did an amazing job selling our property! Anne truly puts her clients needs as the number one priority. Her local knowledge was extremely helpful for guiding us through the process, and she was always available to answer questions night or day. Anne’s experience in negotiating was key to acquiring the sale price we desired. The team consistently went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. Anne and her team were so efficient and helpful in making this process as easy as buying a house could be! Anne helped me sell my home a while back and I came back to her group when it was time to buy a new place because the experience was so pleasant with her. She showed me all the houses that fit all of our wants and needs (and a few more) until we found the perfect one. I couldn't recommend working with The Dorman Group more.

Anne was recommended to us by my daughter since her family had such a great experience when they moved to Fairhope. Anne was responsive and set up appointments so we could find the perfect home that met our requirements and budget on a tight time frame. From start to finish she stepped up for us and assisted with the process and helped us through closing from a different state. She helped get keys to my daughter before we even got to our lovely new home so that we could settle right in.

Anne assisted us with the sale of 3 properties. All were sold within 90 days! Her knowledge of the area enhanced the Marketing of our properties. She is also supported by a Team of Professionals and that was a huge benefit. She made herself available to host Open Houses for other Professional Relators and the Public. She made suggestions on staging of the Properties which make a huge impact. Having Anne as your Relator means you are getting the Dorman Team which adds so much expertise and support!

I have worked with Anne Dorman twice in the last few years. Once to purchase a property and once to sell a property. Most realtors really only shine in one role - buyer or seller's agent. But Anne is exceptional in both. As a buyer's agent, Anne listened carefully to fully understand our specific needs, asking questions and adjusting her recommendations as our own knowledge grew. In the offer and negotiation stage, she was a steady support--always available to research an issue, provide context or advice, and move quickly when needed. We felt fully supported as we navigated to closing.As a sellers agent, Anne was like a member of the team. She was always there with a supportive word, a helping hand, or the right resource to help us get our home-of-ten-years ready to put on the market. She had excellent resources to recommend as we navigated the work of cleaning a decade of family off the walls and out of the carpets. Not to mention that she was gracious, kind, and compassionate as we navigated complex family issues surrounding the sale.I really can't say enough about Anne.
