I owned a house in Daphne AL with my brother who was quite ill and unable to care for himself. He became incapacitated and was quickly put in hospice care. I needed to sell the property as quickly as possible. The property was in deplorable condition. I lived over a days drive from Daphne and due to my wife's cancer treatment schedule I was in no position to travel. I contacted Jaime Cooper, who had sent a letter to the property offering her services given her knowledge of the area. Respecting her initiative I contacted her on a Saturday. She was immediately able to get access. She was as shocked as I was with the condition of the house. I knew I did not have time to handle a proper cleaning and repair of the house in order to sell it for maximum value. The house was full of old furniture, junk, garbage, etc. In order to even show the house it needed to be emptied, cleaned, and repaired. Knowing my travel problems Jaime took the initiative and found various workers who emptied the house, cleaned the house, repaired some plumbing issues, roof issues, and pest issues. Before the weekend was over she had figured out a price range and found a potential buyer. All of this was done before we had gotten a listing agreement signed. Trusting me and knowing my situation she dove into every issue without waiting for all the paperwork to go back and forth. We had a signed contract within a week or two. She arranged for a notary for my brother to list and close. My brother and I got what we considered the maximum value considering the condition of the property and our need for speed. The total process was completed in around 60 days (the buyers needed a couple of delays). I have purchased several houses in several states (military assignments being what they are) and I have never had better representation than I had from Jaime. She is tenacious, responsive, and has an eye for detail. She is a total pro and I cannot recommend her enough. She is first rate!

Jaime is amazing! Always prompt to respond to any and all questions we had. She organized the inspections for the 2 houses we were interested in and ultimately bought one. She did most of the leg work for us I felt kinda bad but she was more than happy to do it. Personally I would not recommend another realtor I was referred her by another of her clients and can not say enough good things about her.
Jamie was very knowledgeable about real estate in Baldwin County. She was pleasant to work with and got us in a house quickly in an impossible market. We would use her again, no doubt!

Jaime was amazing. She was organized and knowledgeable of Baldwin County. I am relocating from another state and she answered questions in a timely manner, was prepared when we came to look at various neighborhoods with homes that were in our price range, she helped negotiate down to the very end and even helped problem solve an issue on our closing disclosure. She even is helping with the final stages of our house being built while we are still out of state! I can’t say enough about Jaime she is awesome!
