Working with Dave was very enjoyable. His expertise in the real estate market is extensive and his low key manner made working with him a pleasure. Dave went above and beyond more than once. We were out of town for a showing and it snowed he came over and personally blew the snow. His advice was always spot on! Dave is very professional and has a great deal of experience. I would definitely use Dave again in the future.

Dave came highly recommended to my husband and I and he did not disappoint! While I'm sure he is a very busy man, he made us feel like we were his most important clients. One of my favorite things about Dave is that as first time home buyers, my husband and I knew very little about what we should be looking for. In every house, Dave was not afraid to go in every nook and cranny to show us things we would probably miss. He took the time to teach us about the house buying process and made sure we really understood every step. Dave is incredibly knowledgeable with the market and helped us find our perfect home! We will definitely be contacting Dave in the future if we decide to move again!

Dave was recommended to us by a close friend. We were first time home buyers, and neither of us grew up in La Crosse; we were only here for college and jobs directly after. Dave was able to narrow our focus an help us find a great first home. He listened extremely well to what we were looking for - 3 bedroom, specific locations, fenced yard, all within a very defined budget. Dave was very accommodating by being available to us morning, day, or night. So many times he either called us about an opening or we asked him if we could view a house and we'd be able to do a walk through in little to no time. If you're looking to buy a house, I'd recommend Dave every time!

Dave provides a service beyond real estate agent, assuming multiple roles as an adviser for his clients as he familiarizes himself with their individual needs and interests, positively contributing to a successful outcome. As our agent, when seeking a home in a community a distance from our current residence, he set his "radar" on our specifications, efficiently and effectively evaluating and selecting homes for our consideration that met our expectations and monetary outlay goals as he, additionally, evaluated the properties during our tours, pointing out any glitches that may be contrary to our needs or desires. He graciously availed himself, often times on short notice, to our requests for home tours, remaining conscientious of the distance we need travel to view the properties while making every effort to schedule multiple same-day viewings. There was always time to comfortably evaluate a property, as Dave would appropriately offer his input which was always void of any pressure. He was a source of much valuable information for us, both in the purchase of a home and in the sale of our own, which was a distance from his home location. Consequently, he was most congenial in recommending knowledgeable, high-quality assistance for us in our home community. We could go on about Dave's numerous qualifications to perform his job and successfully procure the sought after conclusion to his client(s) search/sale, but at this point will cut to the chase as we offer our sincere, most respectful and gratuitous recommendation for Dave Snyder to be a partner/adviser/agent for any real estate venture one might be looking to invest in. Simply put, he is the best!!!

Best around! It may be my opinion, but I would encourage you to think of it more like a fact. Dave sold my home in 23 hrs! He knew the market so good and it went just the way he said it would. He is a very kind, patient, and honest agent. He is now diligently looking for my next home for me! He comes highly recommended and for very good reasons.
