We worked with Danny to sell our home in a competitive area within San Antonio and from start to finish, Danny was FANTASTIC. We were very worried that our house wasn't going to sell within the timeframe we needed it to, but Danny was there every step of the way to educate, reassure, and also listen to our needs. He was honest from the start, helped us explore multiple options, and when it came time to finally put our home on the market, he and his entire team were professional, courteous, and quick to respond. We also had a unique situation in which we were attempting to sell our home while living majority of the time outside of Texas, but our house had offers within a week, and went off-market in 3 weeks despite 2-3 other homes in our area that had been up for sale for weeks before ours! So, so grateful to Danny and his team, and would give the highest recommendation to work with him for any and all of your real-estate needs.

Danny was kind and patient thru explaining the entire process in language I could understand when listing my moms home for sale. He showed total professionalism and knowledge of the entire process. When I was looking to purchase a home in San Antonio, I reached out to almost a dozen agents to gather information and have some questions answered. Even though he was in a meeting when he received my email, Danny was thorough with the answers to my questions and extremely prompt with his response. We exchanged some emails and text messages, I really liked the exchanges, and the "aggressiveness" (not really the right word, and no negative connotations are implied) with which he began our search. We reviewed many listings over the next few weeks, Danny got a good idea of what I was looking for, and being from out of state, I really needed someone like Danny to be the point person there and I soon made plans to travel to San Antonio to view houses in person. Danny was responsive and communicative the entire time. Once I arrived, Danny had set up appointments to view as many as 6-8 homes each day, kept me apprised of status changes and updates to the list of available (and no longer available) properties. As we looked at properties, Danny's experience and expertise in knowing the areas, the history of many of the houses and what to look for inside and out was exactly what I'd hoped for. Danny took as much time as I needed to view the properties, even going back to a couple of them more than once. My goal was to be able to find a house have an offer accepted within 2 weeks, and with his help, and that of his team, was able to complete that in 4 days(!) with a closing less than 2 weeks later - even during a pandemic!!, Danny provided advice and referrals for local companies for inspections, etc. which made the whole process easy and worry-free. I bought a better, larger house than I expected and right in my price range. Even after the sale, Danny stayed on top of everything offering referrals to other professionals to take care of a few minor repairs, moving help, etc. while I was away. I could not recommend Danny more highly to anyone remote or local to San Antonio looking to find their new home. If he works half as hard for you as he did for me you will have the absolute best home buying experience.

Let me tell you... Danny is the BEST realtor in San Antonio! COVID had me unable to travel, unable to see the home in person, and unable to even really learn about SA before moving there. But despite all of that, I bought my house with TOTAL CONFIDENCE thanks to Danny. If anyone knew me, they would know I am very critical, have ridiculously high standards, and rarely give praise. I would never put my name behind a person as a recommendation unless I knew for a fact that they would never disappoint - I wholeheartedly recommend Danny! He knows everything about the city, he is SO communicative, totally honest, never tries to upsell you or just get you off his hands, works his BUTT off for his clients, and most importantly he really cares (like REALLY cares). Please do not book another realtor, you could not do better than Danny.
