As a 73 year old widow I went through a difficult experience buying my childhood home that absolutely would not have happened without Danny’s persistence and willingness to push when necessary. The seller was corporate and the house needed a great deal of work. Danny negotiated a price far better than I was expecting to pay. Work was necessary before lender would approve and Danny was at the property meeting workmen many times. His communication and response times were outstanding. The commission on my house was not huge but he treated it like it was a half a million home being. Danny Charbel is simply outstanding.

We worked with Danny to sell our home in a competitive area within San Antonio and from start to finish, Danny was FANTASTIC. We were very worried that our house wasn't going to sell within the timeframe we needed it to, but Danny was there every step of the way to educate, reassure, and also listen to our needs. He was honest from the start, helped us explore multiple options, and when it came time to finally put our home on the market, he and his entire team were professional, courteous, and quick to respond. We also had a unique situation in which we were attempting to sell our home while living majority of the time outside of Texas, but our house had offers within a week, and went off-market in 3 weeks despite 2-3 other homes in our area that had been up for sale for weeks before ours! So, so grateful to Danny and his team, and would give the highest recommendation to work with him for any and all of your real-estate needs.

Danny was kind and patient thru explaining the entire process in language I could understand when listing my moms home for sale. He showed total professionalism and knowledge of the entire process.
