Courtney was very knowledgeable and helped with any question that I had. She was super friendly and nice to work with. She would go above and beyond with anything that I needed. I feel like she truly cares about helping her client in any way that she can to make them feel comfortable in the whole process. I would highly recommend using Courtney in the future. She makes the entire process very easy especially for a first time home buyer. There is a lot of paperwork and steps into buying a home and she made it seem like a very simple process.

Courtney is the best! She helped us navigate the wild market as buyers 2021, then helped us sell that home and buy again in 2023! She is kind, incredibly responsive, highly-knowledgeable, and a wonderful resource for any-and-all things real estate! She’s truly incredible to work with! We not only used Courtney to purchase our home, I have also worked with her professionally dozens of times as a Mortgage Loan Officer. When we purchased our house, it was during the pandemic, and she got us the absolute best deal I think we could have gotten during that tough time. She went about it so professionally and passionately and her communication was excellent during the process. On the professional side, having been a Loan Officer for 21 years, she is one of the absolute best I have worked with. We've all heard horror stories about people in this business with regards to professionalism, communication, etc, however, I have never heard a bad word regarding Courtney. You will be more than pleased if you give her a chance to find you your new home.

Courtney did an Amazing job getting us into our dream home! As soon as she knew what we were looking for, she began working diligently right away to find a home that met all of our needs/wants. She was very timely with responding to our family and the realtors from the time we wanted to go to showings, listing our house for sale and getting to the closing table. She wasted no time making this process smooth and being professional. She is the best real estate agent EVER and makes real estate agents look good by how hard she works for her clients.
