We had looked for a new home for almost 2 years and Colleen routinely fed us leads she thought we would be interested in. Finally in the fall of this year she fed us the lead that worked for us. Colleen exceeded me expectations at every Avenue. I am admittedly a demanding client and Colleen was patient with me throughout all of the questions that I had. We ended up writing offers on four different houses and many of them we worked with Colleen to see immediately after they were listed. Although we didn’t get the first three houses, we didn’t blame any part of that on Colleen since she did everything in her power to help us promptly deliver a compelling offer. She was very easy to work with for scheduling and we found that she was always early to showings, which was a nice surprise. We really trusted her judgment as a trusted advisor as we worked through the process. She understood what we were looking for and guided us to get there. I would highly recommend working with Colleen.

Working with Colleen to purchase our first home was nothing short of amazing! If we could give her ten gold stars in everything, we would! Her knowledge, expertise, communication, patience, and good-humor were all outstanding and so enormously helpful, especially when purchasing a home during a crazy seller’s market and world-wide pandemic. She was always ready and available to schedule and attend our open houses and took the extra time to thoroughly explain the home-buying process and to answer our many questions. If we ever needed anything, she was just a phone call or text away and would always respond in a prompt and timely manner. Not only was she a great realtor, but also a wonderful human being and friend. Working with her, she made it clear from the beginning that she was dedicated to helping us find our “perfect” home and sincerely had our best interests at heart. Throughout the process, she was always kind, compassionate, and caring, and genuinely made buying a home more easy and enjoyable than we ever thought was possible. There is so much more that we could say, but our best advice is to just to pick up phone and call her. You won’t be sorry that you did!

Colleen was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was very professional, yet personable. She said she would take care of me, and that is exactly what she did. She worked diligently to sell a home for me. She is very knowledgeable, and if she didn't know the answer, she found out and got back to me. She always responded sooner, never later.
