Christy and Jake were efficient, well organized, always positive, timely and helpful, absolute pleasure to work with during my recent home sale. They were always available to answer all my questions and advised me at every step of the way from organizing my house, negotiating with buyers, handling all relevant paperwork to the final step of selling my house; always above and beyond what I asked about. The process was so much easier than expected. This was the first time I was selling the house and did not know much about the process. I got clear explanation about every step needed. They sold the house quickly and I can't recommend them both and their team enough. Outstanding service with attention to details. I got a great offer in less than a week and a month and a half later, a new family moved to their new home, my former house. Therefore, I highly recommend Christy and her Trusted Advisor Team.

Christy and her Trusted Advisor Team are excellent. They kept us updated on every step of the process. We have been through the process of purchasing houses before, this time it was so much easier. We didn't have to worry about anything. We were out of town buyers and Christy did all the leg work for us. She previewed houses and saved us time and the cost of travel. She made sure that all inspections were done quickly. She did our final walkthrough for us the morning of closing in extremely cold weather. She worked with us with such diligence and made our experience effortless. Any time we had questions, even if it was late at night, she would answer them with such a positive attitude. She is so dedicated to her clients and will do anything she can to help. I don’t think we ever saw her not working. Christy is amazing. I’m not one to get frustrated typically, but the house buying process here was a bit tricky compared to past experience and I was rather stressed, due in no way at all because of Christy! She was absolutely fantastic the entire time, very knowledgeable, responsive, honest, and was always helping us, even when she should have been enjoying her vacation. I can’t express enough how absolutely stellar she is, 100/10 would recommend. I appreciate everything she did for us and helping navigate a rather stressful situation.

Christy was responsive, and super helpful and knowledgeable. She can help point out any potential issues on a home so you are aware which is super helpful for someone new to the home buying process. She was on our side the entire time and was very helpful on the negotiations. We were unfortunate enough to have to deal with a difficult seller and she navigated that well despite the challenges. We truly appreciated her patience with us and the process in general. I do also plan to work with her on the sale of my old home in the future!
