I’ll be honest—I was skeptical at first working with Mark White, since he was representing the seller and I came in unrepresented. That can feel like a tough position to be in, but Mark quickly proved to be more than fair, transparent, and professional. What really stood out was his honesty and his ability to walk the line the right way—making sure both sides were treated fairly without ever compromising integrity. He earned my trust early on by being straightforward, responsive, and genuinely focused on making sure the process was smooth for everyone involved. The White Team, specially Michael, went above and beyond for our family, while setting a record price for the area in under two weeks. Our family has lived all around the US and bought and sold many houses. Chris did an extraordinary job in a difficult situation. The house, previously listed with a different realtor, had already lingered on the market. He took on the house in an uncertain market, in the winter, with an owner living in another country, and got it under contract and sold while also ensuring the house was safe and undamaged through extreme winter storms. His outstanding dedication and commitment were instrumental in getting the sale completed. I highly recommend him without hesitation.
