Mr. Dawe was very friendly and informed, but he was a poor communicator and failed to negotiate two contracts. He tended to react in a negative and defensive way when our family asked why he hadn't been showing our home. He did not always return emails and phone calls in a timely manner and was difficult to reach at times. Perhaps most disappointing of all, he failed to devote the necessary time and effort was necessary for the sale of our home.

Charles is very attentive to the seller's needs and is always responsive in a timely manner. He has sold several homes for our company- QUICK- He is an excellent realtor with high regards to all parties in the transaction and is very loyal and determined. I would recommend Charles to anyone. He's sharp and very knowledgeable about home sales.

Barrycumbie Helped me sell a homeI can truly say I would not have sold my house if not for Charles Dawe. I was on the fence to keep, rent, or sell. After speaking with another (across-town) realtor I decided to try and rent it out; after all, they wanted me to list well under what I bought if for six years ago PLUS put in a significant amount of cash to paint and all sorts of things. On the other hand, Charles knew the downtown area and would only list at a price that both I was comfortable with and that he was confident of. He was right. The difference between that other realtor and Charles was over $30K in my favor. The buyer was thrilled to get the house and I walked away with no regrets. Charles also helped me get the house “list-ready” in a practical manner to focus on the right things. He was easy to get a hold of text, email, or call and never left me thinking that he had forgotten about me.
