My experience working with Bryson could not have been better. Not only did he successfully sell my home, but he also helped us find a temporary rental while we waited for the perfect house to come on the market. That level of care and commitment meant so much to my family. He was always kind, respectful and incredibly patient. He worked around my schedule and was completely relaxed and understanding when i had my kids with me during showings -- which made the entire process so much less stressful. What stood out the most was that he truly listened and made sure i found the exact house i was looking for. He never pushed me toward something if it did not feel right to me. He was thorough, informative, knowledgeable and clearly explained things which gave me so much confidence throughout the process. Bryson and his team are hardworking and truly put in the effort. I could not recommend them more highly.

I chose The Bryson Smith Team because of their affiliation with Keller Williams and its strong reputation.When you hire The Bryson Smith Team, you really do get the whole team. They all work closely together, and I got the benefit of their collective knowledge and expertise.I hadn't bought or sold a home for quite a while, and selling agent Jill and buying agent Cydni made the whole process easy and even fun. They explained each step thoroughly, quickly answered my many questions, and offered helpful ideas and suggestions - then stepped back when it was time for me to make my decisions. I felt completely supported.
