We weren’t even thinking of selling our home, but sometimes things just click, Briana was a realtor showing a house we viewed when we met her, she was pleasant and personable so we decided to let her run a market analysis on our home. From there it was a whirlwind of finding a new house, listing and selling ours within 6 days with multiple offers, and negotiating the purchase of our new home. Briana was there every step of the way, we were needy clients for sure as I like to have every facet of information, but Briana was wonderful, patient, knowledgeble and professional. I’ve have other realtors before but none were as responsive as she was, I never had to wait more then an hour for a reply but most of the time it was within minutes. From the time we signed the contract on our current home to the day we signed the closing papers she was there helping us every step of the way, her persistence landed us a nice repair credit at closing as well as ensuring our house sold fast with her pricing and staging. Other realtors have tons of sales and will tell you that’s what makes a realtor, but now a days the house sells itself, what makes a realtor is someone who will be there to handle things for you, give you all the information you want and other information you didn’t even know you needed, but most of all they should be responsive to help you so you are not left in the dark, and Briana has that in spades. Do yourself a favor and have her assist you with your realty needs, you won’t regret it.

She always had us meet her at the office and drove us to every house in her own private vehicle, and even took us to the Cider Mill during one of our excursions. Who does that!? She is absolutely amazing. She was there for us from start to finish--was there for the inspection, walkthrough, and closing. She bought us a housewarming present and came and took pictures of us in our new home to make "welcome to the neighborhood" postcards for us to send to our loved ones, absolutely free of charge.
