Amy is amazing! She's has a wealth of knowledge of the markets, homes, neighborhoods, and school districts, and is an absolute pleasure to work with. I cannot recommend choosing Amy as your realtor highly enough. She has personally helped me buy four homes, and sell two as well.

Aimee was excellent to work with. She helped us sell our house in 2020. Gave us a couple recommendations to help sell and as soon as we did what she recommended, we had 4 offers in a day. Aimee the helped us buy our house in 2023. She showed us houses that we picked and that she thought we might like. She always responded to our requests in a timely manner and was always very professional! 5 stars all the way!!!

Working with Amy has been a pleasure! We cannot say enough wonderful things about Amy and her team. She literally bent over backward to get our little home sold. We had lived in our house since 1978 and were overwhelmed where to begin when we wanted to sell it. Amy calmly quieted our nervousness, and walked us thru every step. When I had a question, she got back to us right away. She made some great recommendations on how to get our house ready to sell, and we ended up with 3 purchase offers, and sold it very quickly. She is experienced, knowledgeable, and so easy to work with. I highly recommend Amy. What I thought would be a stressful time actually turned into quite a pleasant experience.

Amy is nothing short of a saint. We were not the easiest people to house shop with; we had a pretty extensive list of "must haves" both inside and outside the house, had to be within a certain school district, and had a very set budget. We ended up finding a house we fell in love with, even though it was listed over our max price range. Amy was able to use her awesome negotiation skills to work with the seller and listing agent, to get the home down to within what our budget would allow. We would have never gotten our home without her! She is honest, genuine, enthusiastic, realistic, a go-getter, a hard worker, and above all else, loves her job and her clients. I truly can't emphasize enough how wonderful of a person and realtor she is! Even though Amy might start off as your "real estate agent", by the end of the house buying process, you will be calling her your friend.

My wife and I were first time home buyers and COMPLETELY unfamiliar with the area as we recently moved to the area because of military orders. We weren't really sure what we wanted as we've always lived in apartments, we just had a price range.Through casual conversation, Amy was able to get a sense of the kind of people we were and what we might like. After viewing a couple of homes and getting our feedback on them, she was able to identify homes that would be great for us. After just a couple of days of looking, Amy brought me to the wonderful home I currently live in.Not only was she excellent at helping us find what we wanted, she was able to answer the HUGE list of questions I had about the home buying process. She was a great pleasure to work with and I enjoyed her company during the process. She also has connections in the community that make getting appraisals, inspections, and banking needs taken care of easily and in the fastest possible manner. I would absolutely choose her to help purchase any future home, would recommend her to my friends, and will consult her before the sale of my home if/when that happens.

We found Amy through a mutual friend who recommended her. We were living in FL at the time and potentially moving back here to NNY. Every time we came to visit NY Amy made time to show us some houses even tho we weren't sure we were moving yet. As soon as we sold the FL home and moved back she was ALWAYS there when we needed her. We looked at numerous homes a day to find our dream home. She was with us thru every process of buying our new home. She found us our new forever home and we love it!! I would and have recommended Amy to everyone I know looking for a home
