Alice was the listing agent on a house I was interested in. I met with her directly about it and she represented both myself and the seller in the transaction. Alice knows everything about real estate and was able to answer any questions I had along the way, she was responsive and fairly represented both parties.

I started a new job in Medford in 2015 while commuting from Grants Pass. After much deliberation, and searching for a rental for months (to no avail), I made the decision to buy my first home and leave the rental market for good.The housing market was booming. Properties would have multiple offers within days, if not hours. Alice listened to my wants and needs. After looking at several slightly more rural properties that either needed a ton of work or were out of my price range, Alice recommended looking at what she called "West Medford cuties". When a property that met my criteria came on the market, we were on it like white on rice. After what felt like an eternity my offer was finally accepted on a small two-bedroom one-bath with a detached shop and two garages. It was the best purchase I ever made.Fast forward a few years and it's time to move on. I knew exactly who to call, and it wasn't Ghostbusters. Alice helped me sell my home in no time flat. We had multiple offers in days, at a price that exceeded my expectations. She guided me through the entire process and helped me find professionals to perform much needed repairs prior to closing. The process was mostly painless. There are things I would do differently in hindsight. One thing I wouldn't change is choosing Alice Lema as my realtor.

Through her vast knowledge of the Rogue Valley real-estate and her enthusiastic dedication to her profession, she has restored my faith in the value of a good Realtor! In her case great! I have worked with her on three real estate transactions and with each she has been generous with her knowledge and time and guess what, she promptly returns my calls! Yes, you heard that last part right!!! Go with Alice, she is a great gal and a true professional who is a credit to her calling.

Alice is a fantastic agent. She helped us find the perfect home. In this market, finding and actually getting the perfect home with so much buyer competition is a challenge. Alice is sharp, friendly, and knows the area well. I highly recommend her services from beginning to end. She's made sure we are happy and advised all along the way.
