I just closed my 4th transaction with JJ, and although all of them have been completely positive, this time JJ really went above and beyond to help me get into the house I wanted. JJ and his team certainly do know how to get results. JJ came and appraised my home in late September 2025. He suggested a market price that I was more than happy with so I immediately listed the property with Team JJ. I admit that I was a little sceptical when JJ said he thought the house would sell quickly and he expected the sale could close by around mid-November. Well, he came through...he quickly got a contract at $5k more than the listed price and the sale closed on November 7 If you really want good, honest advice followed up by whirlwind performance, Team JJ is the way to go.

I can not say enough good things about JJ and his team. We met JJ when we purchased our first home in White City, he represented the seller at the time. While working with him, my husband and I kept saying we wished he was our realtor instead due to his knowledge, responsiveness, and personality. A few months after closing on our house, my husband received a job offer he could not turn down which would require us to relocate across the country. We both said JJ needed to be the realtor that we hired to take care of this. So we gave JJ a call and he immediately met with us to get the ball rolling. He showed up with a presentation and game plan and went over worst-case scenarios with us to prepare us for the worst since we were selling our house only after a few months of owning it. His professionalism is unmatched. When I told friends and family we were going to be selling the house from across the country they all made comments about how big of a headache this would be and how stressful. After closing in less than 2 months from the start process I can honestly say not one part was a headache nor stressful. JJ and his team took care of EVERYTHING! They made selling the house so seamless that I wouldn't even think twice about doing it again ( as long as we had team JJ). JJ and his team were in constant communication with us through out the process. Not once did we ever have to call to follow up with anything, they were always on top of it and a head of things. If you are thinking about buying or selling in the Rogue Valley area you need Team JJ! They are by far the best in the biz and make the process so easy! We are so grateful we got to work with team JJ to sell our home, they couldn't have made things any easier :)
