Steve did a great job of listing my house and finding me one to buy. He took careful consideration when important timing came into place. The other relators he works with were great too! I was always able to see a listing quickly and he had people viewing my house right away.

He went above and beyond of what we expected. We had an opportunity to purchase a house/property he had not shown us, and we lived over a thousand miles away in Denver. He stepped up, got our offer accepted, worked with the sellers and resolved EVERY problem that came up, no matter how small or large and in a very timely manner. Even after the sale was completed he helped us find a contractor and recommended local businesses to help us with changes to the house and our relocation. Plus he negotiated a better price for us when the appraisal came in lower than expected. What a find!!

Steve Thomas was a great asset to me when I decided to sell property in Portland and replace with two in Grants Pass. It was a deal requiring lots of inspections, repairs and minding the requirements of a 1031 exchange and multiple deadlines. He is a positive force and very willing to go the extra mile for his clients. Steve is a great listener and seems highly motivated to make sure his clients get what they are after. He is a genuinely nice person and I felt very lucky to have him work with me.

I am so happy with the care that Steve handled not only the sale of my home, which sold in three days with cash offer that closed in 3 weeks but also my purchase of our new home. He was always available for any question and yes even at 4:30 am in the morning when my head was spinning. He was a great listener and always got the answer right away. You should use Steve if you are buying or selling in Southern Oregon. Steve was a huge asset to have as part of buying our house in Ashland. He responded to our questions quickly and was able to get us in to see houses within hours of us asking to see them. We were first home buyers and he took the time to answer our questions and explain the whole process to us at every step.Great negotiator.

We worked with several real estate agents in the Rogue Valley over the past year and none of them impressed us as much as Steve did. The first time we met Steve we knew we had made a good choice. Steve has an air of professionalism that we didn't find in any other agent we had previously worked with. His interest and knowledge in houses was obvious. He made our home buying adventure fast, painless, and most of all, enjoyable. Having him hand over the keys to our new home and saying goodbye was like saying farewell to a good friend. Will always recommend in the future.

Steve was very helpful in finding us our home with the additional garages we wanted. We were out of state buyers and looked at properties a couple of times and were able to purchase without any problems. Everything went smoothly through the whole process. He has even offered to help us when we have still not moved in and are gradually getting settled.
