Working with Daniel on Alex’s team was a breeze! Due to being out of state, Daniel did a wonderful job showing homes virtually and made sure once we were under contract everything went smoothly. Alex and his team were well informed about properties in the area and could not have been more pleasant to work with !

We had a great experience with Alex and his team and he worked to make the selling process extremely easy, no stress on us. We were able to sell our house before it actually went to market and sold for more than the asking price. I would recommend Alex and his team for all future purchases. 5 out of 5!!!!

It can feel a bit daunting to buy and sell a home simultaneously but Alex made the process feel absolutely seamless. My husband and I had our fair share of problems with realtors in the past so we were a little apprehensive about starting the buying/selling process again. Alex was professional, extremely knowledgeable, and made us feel as if we were his only clients. I can’t rave enough about him and the experience we had. We looked forward to walking through every house with him knowing that we were in great hands. The only drawback of working with Alex is knowing that at one point you will be in your dream home and your working relationship will come to an end. I highly recommend Alex!

Alex and his team were incredibly patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. He helped us navigate purchasing our home during a very weird period (COVID-19 quarantine) and was always responsive and made the process as smooth and normal as it could be. Couldn’t recommend this team more - he was also helpful in connecting us to other services that we needed in the process of the purchase and afterwards.

I’ve actually bought and sold two houses with Alex in the last 4 years. He understands the local market extremely well (particularly broad ripple, sobro, midtown) and was able to understand my specific needs. I’ve bought houses in three different states, and he continues to be the bar that other realtors should strive to be.
