Nothing but great things to say about Adam! He helped me find a home in Layton in 2018 and it was by far the easiest and best experience I’ve had buying a house because of his knowledge of the local area and professionalism! From his easy to navigate website to the closing table…class act! He’s a friend to this day and even helps me manage and turn my rental every year or two in Layton. I would highly recommend Adam. I've worked with him since 2004 when he got me into my first home. Since then he has helped buy and sale several homes. In every case he has went above and beyond to get me into and sale my homes very quickly. He understands the Real-estate market very well, and is a professional at what he does. He's also a very kind person that wants to help you get the home you want, or get you a good return on a home that you are selling in a timely manner.

We appreciate everything Adam did to make it possible to sell our home. He was highly recommended to us and we clicked with him on our first meeting. Our home was a long ways from being empty and he provided a trailer for us to dump our junk in. He also knew the value of homes and was patient with us senior citizens. He was honest and always available even when he was out of town he would help us and even answer calls after 9 at his home. He also gave us time guidelines to meet. He had our home cleaned and paid out of his pocket for two items that did not pass inspection. I have to say our home would probably still be on the market without the competent real estate agent Adam Spaeth.

Adam is the "easy button"! He has the knowledge and resources to take your house from "as is" to "should be". Although our process involving the contractor was not so smooth, we were able to complete repairs and upgrades timely enough to catch the market. Adam knows the local market and was able to ask a price that worked enough to get higher offers. He listened to my goals and allowed for extra. We were able to sell to a desired buyer at more than asking price and getting a win / win. To top it off, he's a nice guy who seems to care. I'd buy or sell with him again if it comes up.

Adam and assistant Brittany were excellent help for selling our home in this highly charged seller's market. His strategy and plan was well thought out and the execution was relatively stress-free. We're still in shock as sellers after we received well-over our asking price, simply by sticking to the plan, creating the broad interest, then handling over 55 showings in 2 days(!) and receiving over 25 competitive offers. Brittany covered well in his absence and she has been great with communications/relay since our sale/closing. Thanks both!!
