The Wendy Slaughter Team just helped us sell our home. From our first meeting with Wendy through final settlement, the whole process was friendly, supportive, efficient, and highly effective. This is the first time that we truly felt like our realtor and team were really working for us, and they worked hard! From outstanding staging, to professional photographer and fabulous listing, our home was only on the market for a couple of days before we accepted one of multiple offers.Wendy worked very well with the buyer's agent to keep us informed so that there were no major surprises and helped to manage expectations for us and the buyer.We highly recommend the Wendy Slaughter Team and wish that we could hire them at our destination end to help us buy a home there!

We recommend the Wendy Slaughter team! Everyone was helpful, professional and really nice. They maintained regular communication with us and gave us great advice on what to do to sell the house. After interviewing several realtors, choosing the Wendy Slaughter team was the best decision we could have made. Wendy’s deep insights into the Ellicott City/Columbia market helped sell our home quickly, efficiently, and in a way that satisfied all parties to the sale. Wendy’s team helped us create on-point content to showcase our home’s best features. The staging and photography Pros she brought in were awesome. And we couldn’t have closed the deal as quickly without the invaluable help provided by the allied home services professionals Wendy recommended who jumped to our assistance when it came time to rapidly address home inspection repair items. Literally, we called half a dozen firms with whom her team works closely and all home inspection projects were completed within five business days. That kind of assistance in helping us get to the closing table as quickly as possible was invaluable. Though selling a home can be stressful enough, Wendy and her team helped us get it done even amidst the beginnings of the Corona virus crisis. After the great experience my wife and I had buying our house ten years ago (living out of state, coming into town on a weekend and seeing over 30 homes), there was no doubt that we would go to Wendy to help us sell it. Debbie Gottwals is an amazing Real Estate Professional! She will go above and beyond the norm to be as helpful as she can. She is so knowledgeable and if she doesn't know, she will find an answer. She was always in communication with us, so we knew what was going on every step of the way. The Team Manager, Tess Oby was ALWAYS on top of things as well, sending us in great detail the do's and don'ts and making sure everything was done on time. Wendy literally said to me; "whatever it is, we will get thru it together" and I think that is the epitome of an outstanding realtor. I really felt well represented and that she wanted to do what was best for me and my family.
