Trish helped us sale our property in Lake Las Vegas Mar 2018. When a friends house needed sold first person came to mind was Trish Nash & her team. I know it was a lot of work for her team to get the house sold. The house was remodeled and to a point where over priced for the area. But, Trish and her team worked with myself & the executor of the estate and got it done! What I can say is we were always kept informed, you could always reach them (which is sometimes hard these days). I would tell you, it was a team effort and a shout out to Dana. Thank you!

With her background of the area, research and experience, we were able to make the best choice for selling/renting our home. After our discussion, we decided to rent our home and met with her rental property manager who was also displayed the traits that we were pleased with including promptness, experience, and attention to details. I had a great experience with Trish and her team, especially Dana. They made the whole process so easy for me and went above and beyond. I live out of state and they took the time to stage it for me. They found me a cleaner to spruce it up and remove things from the fridge and cupboards. They were always so responsive. I was going through a difficult time and they showed so much compassion. I highly recommend them!!!
