Fantastic Realtor . Trish is absolutely amazing. She went far beyond our expectations of her. She had our home listed and several offers quickly. We closed on both homes on the same day. She couldn’t have made the process any better. Very professional with great communication. Two thumbs up. Would never use anyone else.

Awesome experience! Trish was wonderful! She was VERY patient with us as we decided on which house we wanted to purchase and was integral in getting our property listed and sold. She was very knowledgeable about the area and the neighborhood we moved into and was extremely helpful in getting those "little things", that are often missed; remembered and taken care of. We knew that she was there for us for whatever we needed and was an advocate for us throughout the process. Thank you, Trish!

Trish was awesome to work with. We’d been looking for a home since around February. She showed us some homes in columbus and even went out of her usual area to show us places in Whiteland and Indianapolis which we really appreciated. No matter if it was 9am or 9pm, Saturday or sunday, she always made herself available for calls or showings. We are first time home buyers and there was not a time where we felt confused or lost. Super helpful, patient, and easy to talk to. Couldn’t have asked for a better realtor.

Trish was a top tier experience from our first meeting all the way through closing on our house. She responds so quickly, answers all our questions and does not make first time home buyers feel any different for not knowing everything. She came prepared to our first house showing with more resources than I could imagine and she wasn’t even working with us exclusively yet. She also offers resources from lenders she’s worked with for years to things you may need for your new house (electricians, plumbers, inspectors, etc). We knew from the first showing we wanted our first home buying experience to be with the best, which is Trish! Thank you!

Trish is an outstanding realtor. She is my son's neighbor and he suggested I use her when listing my home for sake. I was a little hesitate because I had never heard of eXp real estate. I am glad I did. Trish worked extra hard to sell my home and to find me a new home. Anytime I called her she was willing to talk to me or to call me back as soon as she was free to talk. Trish made suggestions to help me get my house ready to on market and was quick to point out issues with homes that I looked to buy. Even after all papers were signed and I was settled into my new home she checked to see if everything was OK. I would highly recommend Trish to list your home or to help you find a new. Although we went into the listing as strangers we ended as friends. I wanted to do some updates to my new home and she connected me to a great contractor to help get the updates completed. Trish was hands down the best realtor to work with while purchasing my first home. She worked day and night to ensure I was taken care of and got the home I was searching for.
