They were not on top of the closing, and it was missed. Their recommended closing attorney had not prepared the closing documents on time as well. Their listing information was incorrect and we had to point that out to our broker. They never followed up after the late closing to thank me for the listing and business or apologize for their mistakes. I have not spoken to them since.

I firmly believe that successful relationships require trust. My husband and I called Dan and his team after having a very positive experience with his, father,Gerry , fifteen years ago! Dan , also is knowledgeable, friendly, experienced, and trustworthy.He gave us referrals on a mover, painter and mortgage broker. He knows these professionals, and we were very pleased with the outcomes.His office group is responsive , and in contact. They continue to be in touch!Overall, I highly recommend the Prudhomme team . We listed our rental home in Sea Pines shortly after the 2016 hurricane (not due to the hurricane - due to changed family demands) so started working the the Prud'homme team at an uncertain time. They were terrific from beginning to end - great insights into the market & how it was changing as we went along, excellent strategies for working in a largely on-line marketplace, responsive to (and patient with) our questions. They worked easily with our rental company as well. We finalized a good contract, and expect to close shortly. We would highly recommend the Prud'homme team at Carolina Realty for any real estate activity in the Hilton Head area. Many thanks to Dan and the team for making our experience a positive one!
