This was my 7th home purchase and, without question, the most complex. I spent nearly 3 years researching the area and, in particular 55+ communities while living out of state, which was challenging.Throughout it all, Nicole Romeo was exceptional and went well beyond in my opinion.She is professional, warm, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the market. Chris has great negotiating skills and the ability to ascertain an entire situation. We bought a home that has been what we hoped for without crazy overpaying above list due to his knowledge and abilities. I would recommend him as an honest and ethical agent that you can trust. To add to this we called him for a sale in Savannah, he introduced us to an agent Ryan, for the area that was a great fit for my daughters first home closed last week, also of the pierce group. I was also impressed as we stopped by the office only to find every agent was present for continuous training to keep them up to date on the industry standards.

Agent Chris Webber went above and beyond with assisting us in purchasing our first home. As first-time home buyers, we were completely new and unaware of all of the nuances of the home buying process. Chris was incredibly patient with us, answering our dozens of different questions and never making us feel that any question was not valuable to inquire about. As we are a military family purchasing a home from a distance, Chris toured the home several times for us and even met with us in person prior to closing to tour the home yet again to make sure that we were in love with our possible home purchase. Not only this, but he was an asset when it came to closing negotiations, advocating for OUR best interests. We cannot recommend Chris enough, as he went above and beyond the average expectations of a real estate agent. He has been SUCH a blessing on our lives throughout this quite stressful process, making it as easy as possible to navigate and understand.
