This past week, we closed on our first home, using Nancy Jenkins Real estate. We had a really smooth time working with Sam Keeper. He is a buyer specialist which we really appreciated. Sam was always available to answer our questions and always picked up phone calls whenever we needed anything. He in the entire Nancy Jenkins team, made buying our first home, very manageable from the very first meeting up until beyond closing day. Prior to buying a home, we had always heard what a nightmare the process is. That was not the case for us, and that’s all thanks to Kelsey and the Nancy Jenkins team. Kelsey held our hand through the entire process, from searching for a home to closing on one that we love! Everything was explained to us in ways that we could understand so that we could make educated decisions. We were given helpful tips and reminders as we got closer to closing date, making that transition very easy. Communication was fast and professional with everyone on the team. My real estate agent, Alison Barges, who is a Listing/Selling Partner at Nancy Jenkins was simply amazing to work with and comes highly recommended based on my experience with her right out of the gate. From the first call to the very last detail (literally the day before closing) she was there day or night via text, email or phone call and was 100% reliable and impressively responsive throughout the entire process. My being a complete novice in the area of selling a home, I couldn't have chosen a more reliable realtor to partner with. My boyfriend and I used Kristin to help us buy our first home, and she was more than outstanding. She was so welcoming and made us feel so comfortable working with her.She knew exactly what we were looking for and worked rather diligently until we found the home we loved and eventually moved into. We had no idea what to ask or what to look for, and she went through the entire process foot by foot with us. She knew the questions we should have been asking and what we should have been looking for and answered them before we could even think of them. We really would have been lost without her. Her work didn’t stop there, though; we, unfortunately, had several contingency dates that were extended, turning the 45-day process into five months. During this time, she didn’t just wait for each contingency. She made sure every time a property came up that we knew about it. She checked in regularly to see how we were feeling about the process, and we always felt like we could be more than open with her. I highly HIGHLY recommend her if you are ever in need of a home.
