I can't give enough praise to Flex Realty and Giles Wagoner. I worked with Giles when I bought my house in 2015 and again when I just recently sold my house, 4 years later. He is professional, honest, NOT pushy, prompt, and has your genuine interest in mind. When I bought my house, I never once felt pressured in any aspect of the process, and when I sold my house, he did everything possible to make it a smooth transition. The Flex team, including Alice, Forrest, and the rest of the behind the scenes staff were excellent. They are super timely in responding to communication on any platform. Giles would never fail to return a text, email, or phone call within minutes and let me tell you, I had PLENTY of questions. I highly recommend this incredible team and will have them hold my hand through another purchase or sale any day of the week. Thank you Giles, and thank you Flex Realty!!! You guys are awesome!!

Working with Giles and the Flex team was a wonderful experience. Giles was knowledgeable about neighborhoods and price ranges, attentive and quick with finding new listings that matched our needs and tastes, and super responsive to all questions. During our first visit he said he’d show us as many properties as we wanted (regardless of how serious we were about them), and always shot us straight on how he felt about everything. It felt like we were seeing houses with a trusted confidant and there was never any pressure on us from his side. When it came time to put in an offer we felt the support of the whole team as they made what would have been a daunting, stressful process easy and straightforward.

When we bought our first home, Dan made us feel informed and secure in the process, which was all very new to us. Two years later, Dan helped us sell that home and buy something a bit bigger. Amid some last minute complications caused by the buyer and some unique circumstances on the part of the seller, Dan went above and beyond to make sure we could move on the previously agreed upon date and consistently checked in to make sure things were going smoothly. We can’t recommend Dan enough! He is a pleasure to work with and his expertise in the field made what could have been a messy and chaotic transaction a smooth and successful experience!
